Judge of the Dayton Municipal Court. Judge Wortham Spells began her legal career as a City of Dayton Assistant Prosecutor. In 1993, Judge Wortham Spells opened a community-based law firm. While in private practice, she handled criminal, traffic, civil and domestic relations cases.
